Finale de Grattan

Brian Gibson Passing Past the Jump

The final Grattan round of the year is this weekend.  The weather forecast looks good for the moment with temps actually a little cooler than they've been the past couple weeks.  I've gone over the notes, looked at the track map and tried to figure out where I can go a bit better this time around.  I'm hoping to avoid instructing the Pro School on Friday as I have in the past.  While I typically enjoy doing it, it's just not a good idea when trying to get up to speed leading up to a race weekend.

Our last event at Grattan went really well – dropping a good amount of time running with the National crowd, but this weekend we need to drop more time.  There will no doubt be fast guys in attendance and compared to the fastest times on a 600 around the technical Grattan layout, there is still more time to find.  The picture above shows just one of those spots where I can go better.  I'm looking forward to it ..

Cheers,

– eddie
