Site Refreshed / Merry Christmas!

If you haven't been able to tell, we've finished freshening up the site, part of which is including all our new sponsors for 2008.  We've also added a new welcome page, a bike-spec page and some other updates.  Thanks to those who provided feedback on the site beforehand and for anyone visiting – feel free to let me know what you think as feedback is always appreciated.
