Honda East Open House 2012

We had a small emergency this past Friday at my parent's house – just before we were planning on heading to Gingerman with Sportbike Track Time. A pipe burst in the upstairs bathroom and flooded parts of their house, all the way down into the basement. It created quite the disaster, so our plans for riding were cancelled. Once the insurance-sent company arrived and was doing their thing, having cut out drywall and about 20 fans blowing everywhere, I decided it'd be alright to head to Honda East Saturday, as it was their annual Open House. The bikes were all loaded and ready, so it was just a matter of hitching up and taking a little road trip down the following morning.
Good time overall as always. They had the dyno running, having some contests for the biggest-horsepower bikes. In between the 191hp Busa and the lowly 141hp R1, we threw the Zuma up there. A whopping 7.3hp it made. We didn't win any prizes – except free hot dogs. :)
Cheers.
