AMA Announces 2006 GNC’s
In a press release from Roadracing World, The AMA has announced plans for the upcoming 2006 Roadrace Grand National Championships; an event where I was fortunate to win the Lightweight Extreme National Championship back in 2004 on the SV650.
Mid-Ohio is a historic track, and with it being completely repaved this year, it will without a doubt be even better and faster than it's ever been. This event is a once-a-year series of races that bring out fast guys from multiple race organizations across the country. In addition to the various National Championships up for grabs, there is also a Team Challenge – which has each race organization form a team of riders to compete against each other for who has the fastest riders/series in the country. The whole weekend of activities is a must-do if you're a racer and definitely worth checking out if you're a race fan.

Cheers.
